And I don't mean a chibi template, I mean an actual doll template.
I remember that person uploaded it as a deviation into Kisekae-Fans, but I don't remember who did it.

This is may be due to the magic working to make her ignore the changes to her body, or alternately she might be too absorbed in her feelings to notice anything. About the Kisekae character remakes that I'm currently working on (nearly finished as a matter of fact), I've got a very special announcement to make: I'm re-opening the second slot for an extra remake!
