Let's continue with the story! This chapter is shorter and with more comic relief than the previous one.
I've set this as mature content because of obvious flirting and foreplay. As much hilarious this situation is, an artist gotta do what an artist gotta do.
Oh, let me tell you that while you might spot some white blank spaces throughout the comic, the white spaces in panel 8 are meant to give it more individuality, as if to show Ellie's inner thoughts better.

Ralph closed the door behind them. "Here we are, baby, my place." They had just entered his hotel room. Their school had spared no expense when organising the trip, and the students were staying in a four star hotel right next to the beach.

"Wow, your room is so... wide" Ellie said, uneasy due to being alone with him. "It's much bigger than the one I share with Dar- I mean Ellie." She was trying to keep the smalltalk, so the mood wouldn't go the wrong direction.

"That's because I share this room with three other guys." As much as their teachers wanted to give their students a great vacation during spring break, they wouldn't allow their students to share mixed rooms to prevent certain behaviors. "Don't worry, the're spending the afternoon at a bar somewhere in town, so we'll be having some privacy for ourselves..." Ralph got closer to Ellie and placed his hand on her back. For the look of it, both the teachers and Ellie were failing in avoiding it from happening.
He stared deep into her, entranced by her beauty. But his face changed into a frown. "Something looks different in your eyes..."

Ellie jolted away from him, not wanting him from realizing he wasn't with his girlfriend at all. "Uh..." the words started to crawl out of her mouth, "I'm not really in the mood now..." Her eyes were fixed on the ceiling, looking away from the boy.

"Aah, I love it when you play hard!" Ralph stretched his hand and smacked Ellie right in her friend's rear. She jumped up in shock, but before she could protest Ralph extended his index finger and gently placed it in her lips, closing them shut.
"We've been waiting a while for this." He was now whispering, smoothly caressing the girl with his words. "What do you say we make it worth the wait?" Ralph then closed his eyes and moved closer to her face, puckering up to kiss her.

This might have felt like a dream for Ralph, but to Ellie it was like living a nightmare. Her best friend's boyfriend was closing in for the kiss! And he was definitely not stopping there! Was she going to stand there and let Ralph kiss her?? Was she really going to make him cheat on Daria like that?? He didn't know he was going to do it, but she and her friend would know it! What could she do??
Her thoughts were rushing to her head as his lips got closer and closer to hers. She was frozen in place, incredulous with all that was going on. Suddenly she snapped out of it. This wasn't her! *THIS ISN'T ME!*

"W-Wait!" Again she sprung away from him, leaning her back against the wall. "I- I'm sorry but..." she was embarassed at the whole thing, and also because of what she was about to do.

"Daria? What's wrong, honey?" Ralph asked, concerned over her acting so strange.

"I... I really need to go." In a quick pace, Ellie headed towards the door and opened it. She walked down the hallway, leaving Ralph and the room behind her, not once looking back.

"Daria, wait!" Ralph cried out in vain. For some reason he didn't leave his room to go after the girl, and he was left behind thinking why she had stormed off like that.

In the hallway, Ellie was visibly shaken. Was she going to have to avoid Ralph forever? What did Daria feel about Ralph being with her? Would it be wise to simply tell him what had happened to them both and work things out from there? "This will be harder than I thought."
